Veterinary Colleges at Cornell, University of Illinois, and University of Missouri  have pet loss support helps lines,  as well as HSUS. 

As stated before, if you or a family member have great difficulty accepting your pet's death and cannot resolve feelings of grief  & sorrow, you should discuss your struggles with a person trained to understand the grieving process and help you thru the mourning process, including grief counselors, psychologists, social workers, and clergy.
